Students, teachers, and officials from Department of Education all over Northern Mindanao were inspired and excited to hear eTanom CEO Dreamer Lamberte deliver our startup journey during the Regional Climate Change Caravan 2024 held at the Activity Center, SM Uptown, Cagayan de Oro City, Northern Mindanao, Philippines last October 12, 2024. Dreamer emphasized how we aim for a Triple Bottom Line approach for people, planet, and profit, and the challenges and opportunities for impact-based climate tech startup. He also shared how students can also pursue to solve problems in society and environment and build their own startups in the future. Dreamer was joined by another team from a partner local startup, Galansiyang Inc., who are also intro reforestation and climate tech. eTanom and Galansiyang, both hailing from Iligan City, Northern Mindanao both aim for an innovative reforestation that disrupts the current efforts in the country.
